My Role and the Information Collected

I am both the Data Controller and the Data Processor for the information I store about you as a representative of Track Street Residents Association.

I am a registered Data Controller and Data Processor and abide by the regulations imposed by such procedures. My data protection registration reference with the Information Commissioner’s Office is ZA461304 

We  store your name, address, telephone number and/or mobile number, email address and any information that you provide me on the Contact Us Form. This and all forms used  are signed electronically by a GDPR compliant service which allows you to download any signed forms.

The signed forms are then kept electronically on a password protected computer with antivirus/malware and the Data is also kept by Google LLC , All steps possible are taken to avoid any attacks like ransomware to keep your data safe.

How we use this information

The information you provide will not be used for any other purpose than speaking on your behalf anonymously to the relevant agencies you have asked us to work with.

Your rights

You have the right to request, either verbally or in writing, to see any information that we hold about you and we must provide this to you within one month of the request.

You also have the right to ask us to change any information that we hold which is incorrect and to ask us to delete any information that we hold about you. We will do this except for any information we  need to hold for legal purposes such as business tax purposes.

If any data is breached

We will report any data breach to the Information Commissioner’s Office, and to you within 72 hours if it becomes apparent that any data is stolen.

Barry White is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Register of Data Controllers (ICO) and as such is required to be transparent about how and why personal data is gathered, recorded, stored, how and when it is deleted.
