About Us

The Association covers the following defined geographical area and residency:

Shared owners’ households in the Chain, Track Street, E17 (Walthamstow), London

Aims

The Association exists to:

1. Represent, promote, and protect the interests and rights of shared owners that are residents within the defined area (´Residents´).
2. Ensure all residents are consulted and informed regularly.
3. Provide a collective voice on common issues and represent the majority view of residents.
4. Help improve communications with L&Q, Managing Agent and others providing services.
5. Advocate for resident involvement in decisions that impact on the estate and local area.

Membership

Membership of the Association is open to all shared owners residing in the geographical defined area from 18 years old.
